      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to medical inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and clients in English and/or French
      - Maintain and update medical information databases and product FAQs
      - Process and document adverse event reports and product quality complaints
      - Generate and provide clients with performance reports summarizing key metrics
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for information gathering and audit preparation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare-related discipline
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and French
      - 1-2 years of experience in Medical Information, Drug Safety, or Clinical Research in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of pharmacovigilance industry standards and guidelines
      - Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex medical information
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Pro
