What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide intermediary service between Client Account Manager and Call Center Communicators
- Support management in all project business initiatives and objectives
- Update training materials and conduct training sessions as directed
- Investigate inquiries and complaints, handling escalations as needed
- Assist with call monitoring and provide timely feedback to team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN License required
- Minimum of associate’s degree or equivalent work-related experience; pursuing BA/BS preferred
- 2+ years of experience in training or supervising within a Call Center operation preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong aptitude in computer software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
- Proven ability to train and motivate staff members
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
