      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform phlebotomy on patients in a clinical setting at the Regional Pathology Services
      - Process and report results of outreach laboratory specimens while adhering to identification policies
      - Manage information about patient specimens and provide communication with clients
      - Demonstrate knowledge of phlebotomy protocols, compliance, and safety
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure effective patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school education or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinical and/or phlebotomy experience in a healthcare environment
      - Valid driver's license
      - Proficient in collecting blood by venipuncture and capillary techniques
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Healthcare or Biological Sciences
      - Experience in phlebotomy in an outreach laboratory setting
      - Phlebotomy certification, PBT (ASCP)
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and patient record software
      - Ability to type 50 words per minute
