      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales targets driven by key account closures and competitive conversions
      - Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to clients
      - Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
      - Execute the sales process and manage contract implementations effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
      - Experience in wound care or surgical markets is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in Business to Business sales
      - Self-motivated with a competitive and strategic mindset
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
      - Willingness to travel overnight and work on weekends or evenings as needed
