What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for IT infrastructure, applications, security, and cloud solutions
- Serve as the single point of contact for project environments, coordinating with stakeholders across sites and divisions
- Align business objectives with technology solutions to meet operational and compliance goals
- Lead teams through project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using PMI/PMP best practices
- Manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and expectations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
- 10+ years of proven experience managing large-scale IT projects in manufacturing or metals industries
- Active PMP Certification
- AWS and Azure certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, MS Office Suite, Visio, and Veeam
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
- Experience in VOIP migrations
- Familiarity with new facility construction
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, Export Control, TCP)
