      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide scientific and professional development guidance to PhD-level scientists
      - Oversee scientific execution of projects, including data analyses, modeling workflows, and client presentations
      - Define the strategic direction of the group, including methodology development and training
      - Prepare and review scientific reports and presentations
      - Participate in business development activities, including proposal scoping and resourcing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Systems Biology, or equivalent quantitative discipline
      - 10+ years of post-graduate experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or biopharma consulting
      - Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of scientific publications and presentations
      - Expertise in at least one domain-specific modeling language (Julia, R, Matlab, or Python)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deeply inquisitive and passionate about mathematical problem-solving in biomedicine
      - Experience developing mathematical models of biological systems from scratch
      - Proficiency in statistics and machine learning methods
      - Working knowledge of pharmacology fundamentals and population pharmacokinetics
      - Familiarity with modeling notebooks (e.g., Markdown, Jupyter) and version control systems like GitHub
