What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical guidance on implementing Momentum in a cloud environment for a Cabinet Level Agency
- Direct and perform technical tasks including analysis, requirements development, and system performance testing
- Recommend system improvements related to information systems architecture, cloud environment configuration, and security
- Interface with multiple clients and take ownership of work assignments to ensure successful program performance
- Support the Sr. Momentum Technical SME and Program Manager in leading the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Momentum implementation technical activities at a large cabinet-level agency
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Expertise in cloud computing environments, including configuration and tuning for application and database servers
- Experience with implementing high-volume system interfaces with Momentum (both real-time and batch)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration
- Familiarity with Momentum functional or system performance testing involving multiple system interfaces
