      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist clients with registering and submitting loans on the portal for loan setup review
      - Troubleshoot issues related to credit reissuance and AUS engines, communicating resolutions to all parties
      - Issue disclosures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
      - Manage the indexing of submission documents and clear preliminary conditions for underwriting
      - Serve as the liaison between sales and operations for all client needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a related position, preferably within the lending or member service sector
      - One year of direct public contact experience preferred
      - Proficient typing skills of at least 35 words per minute and familiarity with online data operations
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively

      - Experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
      - Familiarity with loan processing operations and compliance requirements
      - Ability to train and mentor others in a professional setting
