      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing small business clients to identify payment needs and recommend solutions
      - Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals from the branch network, providing timely support
      - Upsell products to Business Essentials customers and manage overflow referrals from branch teams
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
      - Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, call activity targets, and customer satisfaction metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, payments, or financial services, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment
      - Strong understanding of small business needs and digital payment solutions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries in a high-volume setting
      - Proficient in CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with businesses generating less than $2.5 million in revenue
      - Background in merchant services, business banking, or fintech
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
