      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
      - Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and category performance across all digital channels
      - Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value
      - Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to enhance the online customer experience
      - Maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and trends across all digital touchpoints

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or digital transformation leadership roles
      - Proven track record of driving multi-channel digital revenue growth in a mid-size or enterprise environment
      - Deep expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, and analytics tools
      - Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in omnichannel or B2B digital enablement environments
      - 8+ years of overall sales experience
      - Strong networking and relationship-building skills
      - Self-sufficient and self-driven with a high degree of autonomy
      - Proficiency in analytics, CRM, Excel, and data management
