      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as lead program manager for Enterprise Drug File Adoption, overseeing drug file content and training activities across VA sites
      - Act as primary liaison with VA Medical Centers, addressing drug file discrepancies before and after Go-Live
      - Develop and maintain policies and educational resources in alignment with PBM and VHA leadership
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and promote standardization in pharmacy software development
      - Provide technical training to VHA Pharmacy Informatics Specialists on Enterprise Drug File Adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Pharmacy degree (BS Pharmacy and/or PharmD) from an accredited program and active, unrestricted pharmacist license in a U.S. state/territory/DC
      - Demonstrated experience leading clinical informatics and pharmacy systems initiatives
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
      - Ability to work remotely/telework
      - Experience in program management within a healthcare or federal agency context

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting VA EHRM or other federal EHR modernization efforts
      - Familiarity with VA drug file management and prescription migration processes
      - Prior experience in a national or enterprise-level program management role within VHA or a federal health agency
      - Technical experience in software design or development
      - Experience collaborating across VA, DOD, and/or IHS pharmacy programs
