      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a national sales plan within the first 90 days
      - Expand sales channels through existing networks
      - Collaborate with design, brand, and marketing teams
      - Manage, coach, and train sales team and outside reps
      - Provide insights to senior leadership on sales efforts and team performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of retail-related sales support in the toy industry
      - Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, marketing, or similar field preferred
      - Previous experience in toy or consumer products industry, selling to National Chains
      - Strong analytical skills and EDI experience
      - Excellent presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sports collectible experience is a plus
      - Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
