      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting renewable energy asset owners and financial institutions
      - Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
      - Utilize various outreach channels to engage prospects and build a qualified pipeline
      - Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' operational challenges and needs
      - Collaborate closely with Account Executives and provide feedback on campaign performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role focused on outbound prospecting
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and activity quotas
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with C-level executives
      - Strong research and qualification skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
      - Understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage, and O&M operations
      - Familiarity with the renewable energy ecosystem including IPPs, developers, and investors
      - Experience selling SaaS solutions in energy tech or climate tech
      - Network within the solar or clean energy industry
