- Network Engineer with expertise in Meraki, Viptela and FortiGate firewall
- Strong technical discovery, solution design, and documentation skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, SDN and SD_WAN.
- Strong understanding of network security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements including Firewall, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
- Strong understanding on Meraki network design, template & configuration binding.
- Manage and optimize Meraki MX, MS, and MR networks using Meraki Dashboard.
- Fortinet, Cisco and/or Aruba certifications ( CCNA, CCNP,CCIE, SDWAN, ACSDP, 300-415 ENSDWI,NSE)
- Cisco Networking Hardware: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, (Catalyst, 6509-E, Nexus, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls including policy-based routing, static and dynamic routing and redistribution.
- Experience with network analysis and operational monitoring\alerting tools (wireshark, Solarwinds, etc.)
- Ability to productively work under minimal supervision
