      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and secure necessary permits for facility placement and construction
      - Negotiate easements and right of entry agreements with property owners
      - Assist with lease negotiations and related administrative tasks
      - Support special projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals
      - Manage operations related to vendor and risk management, including metrics and reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience
      - 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking or 6+ months TDS Telecom technical internship experience
      - Demonstrated experience in permitting processes
      - Technical knowledge of Real Estate Law, Land Surveying, and Project Management
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with GIS software, particularly ESRI GIS Software
      - Knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction
      - Ability to write Python scripts and build complex queries and tools
      - Strong negotiation skills and experience with diverse stakeholders
