  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Research and prepare necessary permits for the placement of facilities and equipment
  - Negotiate and secure easements and right-of-entry agreements with property owners
  - Assist with lease negotiations and manage related documentation and compliance
  - Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives to achieve organizational goals
  - Provide support in vendor and risk management, including metrics and reporting
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate degree (or higher) –OR– 2+ years of professional work experience
  - 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking –OR– 6+ months of technical internship experience with the employer
  - Demonstrated experience in permitting processes
  - Ability to learn and comprehend complex work and responsibilities
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Technical knowledge of Real Estate Law, Land Surveying, Project Management, GIS, Telecommunications, Engineering, and Construction
  - Experience with ESRI GIS Software and the ability to write Python scripts
  - Skills in using additional software tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Clarity
  - Proven ability to build positive professional relationships and negotiate solutions effectively
