What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the expansion of healthcare offerings and growth of health plan footprint through strategic partnerships
- Oversee national and specialty ancillary networks, including Behavioral Health, Complementary Care, and Telehealth
- Manage and optimize relationships with national and regional partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality healthcare delivery
- Formulate and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead strategic initiatives and partnerships within a complex healthcare environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare, focusing on growth, strategic partnerships, and business development
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managed care contracting, including financial analysis and contract negotiation
- Proven experience in sales leadership and managing cross-functional teams
- Experience leading strategic initiatives and partnerships in a complex healthcare environment
