What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- Execute territory sales strategies through both in-person and virtual communications
- Identify and address opportunities and barriers to product success in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent travel within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
- Master’s degree in science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
- Strong project management abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
