      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a designated geographic territory
      - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders
      - Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
      - Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
      - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and medical communications, to ensure effective product promotion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
      - Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
      - Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the position requires frequent travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic markets
      - Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
      - Advanced degree (Master's) in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
