      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts in assigned territory through in-person and virtual engagements with healthcare professionals
      - Develop and maintain in-depth product and disease state knowledge to facilitate effective clinical discussions
      - Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives while adhering to compliance guidelines
      - Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan that aligns with strategic goals
      - Provide timely and accurate administrative management of sales data and customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; previous experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices preferred
      - Strong desire to improve the lives of patients and their caregivers
      - Proven ability to adapt in an evolving environment, such as telemedicine
      - Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in antipsychotic or bi-polar sales
      - Demonstrated success in establishing new customer relationships
      - Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify opportunities
      - Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication
      - Background in the pharmaceutical industry or neuroscience
