      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct discovery calls with prospective members to assess their needs and goals

      - Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and secure new memberships
      - Achieve and exceed monthly new-member goals while maintaining integrity and fit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or membership growth, preferably in professional services or high-value programs
      - A track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales goals
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect, listen, and lead conversations
      - Comfort working with entrepreneurs who may feel overwhelmed or skeptical
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if a strong track record is demonstrated
