What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional service to customers, liaising with key parties including vendors, internal teams, and leadership
- Manage shipment processes from order entry through to delivery, ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Escalate issues, errors, and delays immediately according to set processes
- Communicate unusual occurrences or emergencies to the supervisor to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Meet and exceed performance expectations for phone, email, and task management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of world geography and United States geography
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Next Flight out shipments, systems, and vendor operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels
