      - Navigate systems efficiently while multitasking during phone calls
      - Commit to a fixed schedule, including evenings and weekends until 10:00 PM Central Time

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current Arizona resident
      - Ability to commit to a fixed schedule that ends no earlier than 10:00 PM CST
      - Strong listening skills and a courteous phone manner
      - Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and above-average computer skills
      - Willingness to be coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment
      - Familiarity with using MS Office or OpenOffice applications
