      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service by contacting homeowners interested in home improvement services
      - Set appointments and answer questions from potential clients
      - Commit to a fixed schedule with evening and weekend availability until 10:00 PM Central Time
      - Maintain performance metrics and goals while multitasking on calls
      - Utilize computer systems efficiently while handling customer inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current Arizona resident
      - Ability to commit to a fixed schedule ending no earlier than 10:00 PM CST
      - Strong listening skills and a professional phone manner
      - Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM and above-average computer skills
      - Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or customer service environment
      - Familiarity with using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
      - Previous experience working with MS Office or OpenOffice
      - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
      - Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the organization
