      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and treat patients in the outpatient setting, ensuring continuity of care
      - Conduct outpatient laboratory monitoring for patients on long-term antibiotic therapy
      - Coordinate care between surgical and medical specialties for optimal patient outcomes
      - Provide Telemedicine visits to enhance patient accessibility and care delivery
      - Collaborate with supervising Infectious Disease Physicians post-hospital visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant licensure
      - Experience in the Infectious Disease field is required
      - Knowledgeable about a wide range of infectious diseases and therapies
      - Excellent communication skills with patients, medical professionals, and family members
      - Must be located in one of the following states: WA, OR

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Telehealth experience preferred
      - Ability to manage large patient panels effectively
      - Familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms
