What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with different operational teams to strategize, prioritize, develop, and support new products and services within the OnBase application
- Act as the primary communication conduit for all development activity, facilitating requirement-gathering and updating stakeholders
- Analyze, design, and prepare application/system specifications to address business needs
- Prepare detailed specifications for solutions that align with OnBase best practices
- Collaborate with the OnBase team to ensure efficient code implementation with minimal impact on other business areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience as a subject matter expert within OnBase or a similar tool
- 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and implementing projects based on those requirements
- 1+ years of experience presenting complex technical solutions in an understandable manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of Document Import Processing (DIP), configurable forms, and report services/dashboard reports
