      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Eastern Long Island, New York territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and business models
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products, ensuring a patient-centered approach
      - Analyze trends in drug distribution and evaluate purchasing patterns for oncology products
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience strongly preferred
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel 10-15%
      - Reside in or near the designated district
      - Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and market dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role
      - Experience with account management and customer relationship management in healthcare settings
