      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and practice structures
      - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of oncology products, positioning them effectively against competitors
      - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within the complex oncology buying environment
      - Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure a consistent customer experience and support customer needs
      - Develop and execute short and long-term account plans with key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required for the role
      - Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices
      - Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic insights
      - Experience in oncology sales or clinical settings is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field sales experience
      - Documented history of strong performance in sales or marketing roles
      - Experience with therapeutic agents in oncology
      - Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors
      - Military experience in a relevant field
