      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the St. Louis, MO territory
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build strong business relationships
      - Communicate compelling, patient-centered rationales for oncology products during customer engagements
      - Analyze trends in the complex buying environment and evaluate product purchasing patterns
      - Develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with local teams and district management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology-related experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 10-15% of the time, including overnight
      - Reside in or near the assigned district
      - Strong understanding of oncology practices and treatment options

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of field-based oncology sales experience
      - Documented history of strong performance in sales or clinical oncology roles
      - Familiarity with oncology therapeutic products and customer engagement strategies
