      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in the St. Louis, MO territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions
      - Communicate compelling, patient-centered rationales for oncology products during customer engagements
      - Analyze trends in the oncology market and develop strategies to address complex buying environments
      - Collaborate with the local team to create and execute short- and long-term plans for customer engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 10-15% overnight
      - Reside within a reasonable distance to the district
      - Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and market dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling to oncology customers
      - Documented history of strong performance in sales, marketing, or clinical oncology roles
      - Experience with data analysis and customer relationship management
