      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with all MLS and website listing efforts for assigned areas, including creating home descriptions and updating statuses
      - Communicate with the sales team to ensure accuracy of listings and schedule open houses
      - Upload necessary documents, floor plans, and virtual tours as appropriate
      - Stay current on all MLS rules and regulations
      - Engage in various company policies and perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of real estate or administrative experience
      - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
      - Customer service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer needs
      - Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in New Home Sales and General Real Estate
      - Previous exposure to MLS rules and regulations
      - Familiarity with digital marketing and online listings
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
