What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Project Manager and Project Office with planning, financial management, and budget activities
- Track and prepare responses to taskers received in various databases, including TMT
- Coordinate with Product Offices and functional divisions to prepare responses and staff actions
- Interface directly with analysts, engineers, and Army contacts for taskers and execution reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience with familiarity in Army staff coordination and task management
- Strong familiarity with Army program office processes and PEO Aviation database operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize tasks and ensure completion of assignments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Experience with the technical aspects of Army programs, including analysis and support activities
- Ability to act as a consultant and monitor assignments effectively
