      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own accurate, on-time client invoicing and manage accounts receivable and payable
      - Prepare financial and utilization reports in partnership with the Operations Manager
      - Document, implement, and continuously improve internal processes and policies
      - Coordinate staffing schedules for community management accounts
      - Oversee the hiring lifecycle, including job postings and candidate communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in operations, people ops, finance ops, or administrative roles
      - Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks required
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Comfort working in a billable, utilization-driven environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agency or professional services experience
      - Experience with Bill.com, Ruddr, Gusto, and Monday.com
      - Confident communicator who takes initiative and solves problems independently
