      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead implementation of complex Direct to Consumer (DTC) print campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
      - Manage and report on all campaign financials, including budget development, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis
      - Provide strategic oversight of USPS spend, ensuring compliance and optimizing postage costs
      - Consult with stakeholders to develop ongoing supplier strategies that minimize risk while maximizing value
      - Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and campaign performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced knowledge of commercial printing techniques and USPS regulations
      - Proven experience leading complex print or operations programs, ideally in Direct-to-Consumer or regulated industries
      - Strong financial experience, including budget oversight and expense management
      - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
      - Proficient in MS Office tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

      - Working knowledge of marketing distribution channels and compliance-driven environments
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
