What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40-60 outbound sales calls and generate 100+ outbound emails each day
- Build relationships with guests to develop referrals and repeat business
- Manage your book of business by contacting guests at the right time with the right message
- Utilize exceptional listening skills and qualified discovery questions to close sales
- Meet performance metrics and objectives consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong outbound sales skills and time management abilities
- Proficient in computer and phone systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Commitment to training and the first 90 days of employment without any time off
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, particularly in travel or hospitality industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Strong understanding of the cruise industry
