What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Sell the Genius® POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchants
- Spend 75%+ of time in the field engaging with clients
- Collaborate with sales leadership for support throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Must reside in the area of the job posting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience (fintech, SaaS, or merchant services preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
