  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share within assigned territory
  - Perform and lead sales efforts while managing the local Profit Center
  - Ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences through adherence to company policies
  - Leverage cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio
  - Collaborate with a team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
  - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  - Must be at least 21 years of age
  - Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
  - Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
  - Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
