  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Operate, maintain, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to meet production needs and quality standards
  - Maintain safe work practices and participate in safety programs
  - Record packaging machinery efficiencies and accurately fill out reports
  - Ensure complete package quality by checking weights, seals, codes, and glue patterns
  - Provide direction to packaging laborers and assist with break relief for other employees
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent on-the-job training
  - Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  - Good oral and written communication skills
  - Capacity to work in adverse conditions, including extreme temperatures and wet environments
  - Manual dexterity and ability to safely use cleaning equipment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in packaging operations or related field
  - Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
  - Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
  - Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing setting
