      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and create Power BI dashboards integrating data from various sources including Sprinklr and manual uploads
      - Understand and implement Brand Lift Studies to measure and pull baseline brand lifts across publishers
      - Optimize current reporting taxonomy for enhanced data visualization in Power BI and Excel
      - Establish timelines and schedules for end-of-campaign and executive-level reports
      - Collaborate with the Ad Ops Manager to improve efficiencies and accuracy in reporting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in paid media analytics and reporting
      - 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role
      - Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Macros, and data visualization
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across the organization
      - 1+ years of experience working with Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Sprinklr and/or Skai, or equivalent ad tech platforms
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
