  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist channel managers in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels
  - Traffic ads for search, social, display, and video placements while managing documentation and metadata
  - Conduct keyword research to identify expansion opportunities and reduce waste in PPC campaigns
  - Optimize ad copy and creative assets to maximize campaign impact across various marketing objectives
  - Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations on bid adjustments, budget allocation, and targeting
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  - 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid search, paid social, or programmatic advertising
  - Expert-level knowledge of at least one paid media platform (e.g., Google, Meta)
  - Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
  - Experience in B2B marketing
