What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Use a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets, ensuring quality and safety
- Place pallets on the repair table, remove defective boards, and replace them with new boards
- Assemble stock boards into pallets based on specifications
- Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on the saw
- Stand for long periods and repeatedly lift pallets weighing 50-75 lbs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Physical strength and endurance to perform manual tasks
- Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to concentrate on tasks
- Effective communication skills to understand and relay information
- Ability to adhere to safety procedures while operating equipment
- Previous experience in an industrial, fast-paced setting preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience working with industrial machinery in a fast-moving environment
