What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to the Legal Department on routine legal matters under the supervision of the Corporate Paralegal
- Review contracts and extract relevant provisions and term dates
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize initiative and discretion in prioritizing work and managing confidential duties
- Collaborate with team members through video conferencing and digital tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be currently enrolled as a student from an accredited college or university
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and gather or direct information and data
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improving office operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework related to corporate, regulatory, or litigation matters
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous internship experience in a legal or corporate environment
