      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the contract lifecycle process, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining various agreements
      - Maintain and enhance legal document management systems, ensuring accessibility and current records
      - Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
      - Assist with licensing and compliance efforts by organizing required documentation and tracking obligations
      - Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to support legal processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
      - 6+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or operationally complex environment
      - Strong understanding of contract drafting, document management, and regulatory research
      - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
      - Experience using contract lifecycle management tools or legal document management platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, or other highly regulated industries
      - Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy concerns
      - Background in fast-growing, early-stage, or venture-backed companies
