What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Printing, copying, and organizing materials for the Executive Director
- Providing administrative support for meeting materials and presentations
- Conducting research and organizing materials for calls and meetings
- Taking notes during calls and meetings
- Ordering supplies and proofreading documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Drive
- Knowledge of basic office equipment troubleshooting
