  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the U-Haul center
  - Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
  - Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards
  - Answer customer inquiries and educate them on available products and services
  - Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University to enhance skills and knowledge
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  - Ability to complete five-day training computer courses independently
  - Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bilingual skills are a plus
  - Previous customer service experience
  - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  - Ability to perform minor repairs as needed
  - Experience with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment
