      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach courses within the programmatic core discipline as assigned
      - Provide timely evaluation and constructive feedback on students' teaching performance through video recordings
      - Complete required tasks on deadlines, including final grades and assessments
      - Collaborate with student services to identify and support at-risk students
      - Maintain professional training and scholarly activities as applicable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or higher in special education or a related field
      - Valid and clear California education specialist or special education teaching credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
      - 5+ years of experience teaching students with disabilities in a California public school setting, grades TK-22
      - Proficiency in common internet tools like Zoom
      - Current knowledge of special education, diversity, and instructional design

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College-level or field teaching experience
      - Experience teaching adult learners
      - K-22 experience in academic classroom settings with a range of disabilities
      - Experience with co-teaching and specialized instructional strategies
      - Experience in a variety of educational settings promoting least restrictive environments
