What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the processing and management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain accurate data in logistics and transportation management systems
- Provide support to customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Generate and compile basic operational reports as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in logistics or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
