      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly and professional customer service
      - Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
      - Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure timely receipt of merchandise
      - Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service delivery
      - Prepare merchandise based on customer needs, such as mixing paint or cutting materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and information management
      - 6 months experience with common retail technology, including smartphones and tablets
      - Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
      - Capability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities
      - Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience
      - Bilingual skills to enhance customer interactions
      - Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
