What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide service for inbound pharmacy phone calls and place outbound patient refill calls
- Assist patients through the entire refill process, ensuring clarity on prescription orders
- Manage and update relevant data using database applications
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer service
- Act as a point of contact between patients, pharmacy, clinical providers, and internal functional areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician with claim adjudication
- State registered as a pharmacy technician in Colorado; national certification as a CPhT preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interpersonal communication and exceptional phone skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

- Experience managing refills and working with clinical care teams
- Background in specialty pharmacy and remote work experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to unique models and tools
