      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for patient monitoring products
      - Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare systems
      - Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
      - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clinical and administrative staff
      - Negotiate and close complex sales contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
