What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily recruitment activities for assigned clinical trial portfolio, including high-volume outbound calls and inbound patient inquiries
- Identify and pre-screen potential participants according to study protocols and inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Schedule and coordinate pre-screening and screening visits, maintaining organized and full site calendars
- Accurately document all participant interactions, prescreening outcomes, and next steps in CRM and clinical databases
- Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators and leadership to align recruitment strategies and meet or exceed enrollment targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, or call center environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging with a diverse patient population
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
